This document is a legally binding agreement between the user (“you”) and Global Peace (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding the use of the GP JFT Mock Test Application and Web Interface

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service applies only to the user interface, including:
- GP JFT Mock Test App (Student/User version)
- Public or student-facing web test interface
- Practice tests, mock exams, and learning features
🚫 NOT COVERED UNDER THIS POLICY
This policy does NOT apply to:
- Other standalone apps such as:
- Japanese Meaning App
- Kanji App
- JFT Mock Test Admin tools
- Global Peace Official App
- Internal institutional systems of Global Peace International Education Academy
Each system may have separate policies.
PART A — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Eligibility
You must be an authorized student or user enrolled in GP JFT Mock Test services to use this application.
2. Account Usage
- A user account may be created automatically upon enrollment
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activity under your account is your responsibility
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for:
- Learning and practicing mock tests
- Educational assessments
- Skill improvement
You must NOT:
- Cheat, manipulate, or bypass test systems
- Share login credentials with others
- Attempt to exploit or disrupt the platform
4. Academic Integrity
All test activities must be completed honestly. Any malpractice may result in:
- Score invalidation
- Account restriction
- Permanent access suspension
5. Service Availability
We aim for continuous service, but:
- Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance
- We are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- System misuse occurs

These services only process minimal required data and are not allowed to use it for advertising.

No advertising cookies are used.
