How long does the application process typically take?
The application process generally takes 8–14 months, depending on the type of program, document readiness, and intake schedule. This includes school selection, language test preparation, document submission, Certificate of Eligibility (COE) processing, and visa application.
What countries do you help students apply to?

Processing times vary based on school acceptance, COE issuance, and visa approval. Typically, school acceptance and COE take 6–8 weeks, while visa processing at the Embassy/Consulate can take 1–3 weeks after COE submission.
What will be the duration of the visa?
The duration of a student visa depends on the program length. Language schools usually issue visas for 6 months to 2 years, vocational schools and university programs may issue visas for 1–4 years, renewable as long as the student maintains enrollment and meets visa conditions.
